I’ve started logging my yoga practice on a superugly workerbee calendar that I got from an office supply store. I liked that the top half had lines to write your goals for each month. Because you can’t do everything. The day boxes have ruled lines, so on each line I have the time I spent:
LINE 1: posing (funny that this is the verb form of “yoga poses”)
LINE 2: breathing
LINE 3: meditating
That leaves two lines for miscellaneous exercise, or food notes. Haven’t decided which yet.
It’s surprisingly effective to see the visual quantity of your practice up on the wall. An empty day looks REALLY BIG. It makes you want to just do SOMETHING, so that the box is at least a little full…
