Ugh. I just had the worst practice. I jogged to the park and ran (2 miles total), then headed to the field to do a few poses. All of which felt horrible, I ate way too many lentils and crackers today, on top of a stomach still full of baklava and spinach pie from last night. I should have waited another hour or two and let my food settle, but I wanted to get out of the house. 5:30 also seemed like less people would be at the park (true), but the sun was shining on the track and it was 84º. Not unbearably hot, but I’m a slug in hot weather. 7:00 is much better, even though the track is full of bikes and walkers and fools.
